The view at 7 p.m., the snow had stopped but the wind had picked up and was blowing hard:
Kent was supposed to spend the morning/early afternoon at the shooting range helping his Boy Scouts earn their shooting badge, however, as he and only two other cars were able to make it up to the range he returned home dejected 45 minutes after he left. Because of the snowy roads and icy conditions we spent the day at home lounging about just enjoying each other's company. I was even able to slip in a nap! We spent the evening playing a robust game of Settlers of Catan and only ventured out into the wonderful but cold weather to pick up tasty K.F.C. and movies. All in all, it was a great day spent laughing and having fun as a family!

I just loved the snow on Saturday! Mark and I went to see a movie that afternoon, and when we came back out, it was a blustery, wintery wonderland! The rest of the night was also spent lounging around at home, in my comfy pants - so nice. (:

I'm glad your Ward party was funner than mine, and gee, now I feel guilty about complaining...I need to work on that :) The food at mine was REALLY good!!!
And Yay for more snow! We got another skiff here too this morning.
I know my friends are busy getting their Christmas greetings to my mail box, (and if they weren't because they chose not to this year, that would be OK too) I was just feeling a bit whiny because getting a Christmas Card in the mail is like a gift every day when you get one and I love it!...sorry if I made you feel bad...not my intention. I was just feeling pouty and whiny...
