I have often wished that for a few days I didn't have to worry about housework or laundry. However, after having three days of not having to worry about things at home I have realized two things: 1- Be careful what you wish for and 2- If you are going to make idle wishes be extremely specific ("I wish I had several days of not having to worry about housework or laundry...so I could finish the many projects at home I would like to finish or so I could work on fun craft projects I have at home." :))
And while hanging out at Mom and Dad's with them, brothers and family from out of town is a ton of fun (I think the girls would be happy to just live there forever), my mind kept wandering to my house and what fun (and not so fun things) I could be accomplishing there. :) So I was sad and happy to get to come home today.
We opted to try and give the cement/tile as much time as possible to dry since we would need to walk on it so we didn't come home until early afternoon.
Here is a random picture of Kent, Kent III and cute niece Sariah (Kent's sister Tiana's daughter) taken today before we came home.

Once we got home we didn't do much except admire the progression of the tile, do laundry and a little housework (not too much though, it is amazing how clean the house stays when no one is living in it... ;)) and settle back into our own space.
