Wake up! Wake up! Wake UP! It's time to go to Disneyland!!!

I love Disneyland!! Sincerely and wholeheartedly.
LOVE Disneyland. :)
This year's theme is "Celebrate Today".

My favorite ride is Indiana Jones. That also happens to be Samantha's least favorite ride. She decided she wanted to go on it again just to make sure. She kept her eyes closed most of the time and squeezed my arm so tight I lost circulation in my hand but she didn't cry, so that is an improvement I guess. :) Kent was kind enough to stay outside with Kent III while the girls and I went on the ride. Then the girls took Kent III while Kent and I went on the ride. :)

Kent III loved the Jungle Cruise because of all the animals.
I love the Jungle Cruise because of all the corny jokes. :)

Tarzan's Treehouse.

Can you find the hidden family?

Horsing around in Adventure Land.

Mr. Toad's Wild Ride.

King Arthur’s Carrousel.

For you Disneyland aficionados, you'll note Kent III is riding Jingles II. :)

Trying to pull out the Sword in the Stone.

In 2005 Savannah actually got chosen by Merlin to pull the Sword from the Stone during one of the ceremonies. She got a medallion and a decree signed by Merlin stating her power. Very cool. :)

Going nuts in the Mad Hatter hat store.

Toon Town.

Life in four years when Savannah gets her license. ;)

Chip 'n' Dale's Treehouse.

Goofy and Minnie showed up before we had an autograph book (rookie mistake, I know!). We scrambled to find a piece of paper and sent the girls to get in line.

Gotta love Goofy! :)

Kent III loved Minnie's dishwasher.

We were extremely fortunate and got to eat lunch at
Club 33 again.

The appetizer buffet. Yum-ee!

Yes, that is shrimp, crab and lobster being served as an appetizer! :)

The dessert bar. I just wanted to camp out in front of this...sooo good!

What Kent III did most of the meal. :) Club 33 was very accommodating with his stroller so he could continue to sleep. It was actually very nice that he slept through most of the meal. It allowed the rest of us to just relax and eat. :)

While I could just gorge myself on the appetizer buffet and desert bar, they do actually have a main course they bring you. Club 33 is a five star restaurant so I am sure I don't have to tell you how very tasty the food is. :)

We had a ton of fun at Club 33 and the girls continue to compare every other 'nice' meal they eat to it. :)

And because we always get asked this...yes, the toilets in the Ladies restroom do indeed look like chairs. :)

Pixie Hollow.
A new addition at Disneyland is Pixie Hollow. The park took out Ariel's giant seashell throne and put in Pixie Hollow. Watch the movie "Tinker Bell" to understand more about Tinker Bell and her Fairie friends. :) You are guaranteed to meet Tinker Bell and at least one of her four Fairie friends if you wait in line at Pixie Hollow.

The line for Pixie Hollow winds through what used to be Triton's Garden area. The ponds still shoot water across the pathways and while we were waiting in line Peter Pan brought a little boy over to 'catch' some water with him.
I love Peter Pan. :)

Pixie Hollow magically shrinks you to fairy size.
Here you can see how small we became because of how big the grass got. ;)

Usually you only get to meet one other Fairie friend besides Tinker Bell but we were very fortunate and happened to be next in line at the exact moment they were switching out Fairies so the girls got to meet two Fairie friends instead of just one.

Rosetta, Samantha, Savannah and Silvermist.

Tinker Bell in front of her house.

Princess Fantasy Faire.
Another attraction Disneyland now has is the Princess Fantasy Faire. Here you can meet three different Disney Princesses. (I don't know if during the peak season the Princesses still walk around the park or how long this attraction has really been there.)

Jasmine.

Ariel. (When asked why she didn't sit in the seashell anymore we were told Ariel gained her legs and now walks on land. :( How sad! I loved watching her spin around on the seashell throne.)

Belle.

Mary Poppins and Burt.
Kent, Kent III and Savannah were so far ahead of us on Main Street U.S.A. that I could only get a picture of Samantha with these two.

Mickey Mouse.
The big cheese himself. :) This was the only character that Kent III didn't run away from. :) Guess all that brainwashing at home did the trick. ;)

Toy Story.
A new attraction in California Adventure is the Toy Story ride. It is a 3-D interactive ride where you play various carnival games. A TON of fun!

Sleeping Beauty Castle.
Sleeping Beauty Castle re-opened. I don't ever remember this attraction so I made Kent take us through. I should have taken his advice and not bothered. Basically you walk along a hot, jam packed walkway while looking through little windows to view various major scenes from the movie. Oh well, at least I can say I have been through it now. :)

Alice in Wonderland.
A ride that always seemed to be under construction was Alice in Wonderland so when it was open during this trip we decided to try it out. Sadly another ride at Disneyland I don't think I will ever need to go on again. (The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh is ranked my #1 'Never Need to Step Foot on That Ride Again' ride. Which is sad really, I love Pooh Bear!)

In the Tiki, Tiki, Tiki, Tiki, Tiki Room.

Another glorious day at Disneyland comes to an end.

My favorite picture is the one with Baby Kent trying to pull out the sword. And I think it's hilarious that you were walking around taking pictures of the buffet. :)
Glad you guys had a good time!
Hey Julie! Thanks for the comment!
I actually took over 120 pictures in Club 33 so the buffet really wasn't a big deal. :) Hey, not a lot of people get into Club 33...I need to document it for posterity's sake. Yeah...that's why I take so many pictures...posterity...not lunacy...
Also, I find it amusing that you think it is hilarious I took pictures of the buffet but had no comments on the fact I took a picture of the Ladies room toilet. :)
LOVE LOVE LOVE this post and LOVE the pictures! So clear and you have a great eye for shots!!!!It looks like you had such a fabulous time I want to go back sooner than later now!!! I had never even heard of club 33 can you tell me more about it and how you guys get to eat in there? Those toilets look great! Looks like there was alot of stuff I have missed when I went last year...I'll need to chat with you again before we go to get some suggestions on how to see it all!
